Different Location for BMF’s Tail End Show
As the British Motorcyclists Federation celebrates 50 years of being together, one of the Federation's shows will be held at a different location. The British Motorcyclists Federation's Tail End Show, which previously had been held at Peterborough's East of England Showground for the past 10 years will now be held at the Lincolnshire Events Centre. This is the Mulberry Group's first big move since becoming taking over the position of event organizer for the bmf. Mulberry decided to change venue location after a comprehensive review of the bmf's complete events portfolio.

This move signifies a total revamping of the Tail End Show, a new venue site, new layout, with new attractions. The new location of the Lincolnshire Events Centre is the good match for the major overhaul of the Tail End Show, having the facilities and location that will accommodate this new move by the bmf. The huge 205-acre location will provide in excess of 3000 square meters of indoor space for exhibits, this is in addition to the outside space for exhibits.
The change in location and overhaul of bmf's Tail End show will not only bring a fresh venue for participants, but will afford the bmf the opportunity to present new attractions and provide extra benefits to their members, which include members only access points and lower prices on camping and admissions.
Using Lincolnshire Events Centre's eco-building, the EPIC centre, the bmf will also be showing motor cycling’s eco-friendly credentials by the Mulberry Group working together with the event centre staff to make the event as environmentally friendly as possible.
MotoCzysz will Participate in TT Zero Race
MotoCzysz has confirmed that they will be taking a part in the 2010 TT Zero race that will be held on the Isle of Man. The clean emissions motorcycle team will come back to the Isle of Man and attempt to make the first 100 mph lap around the mountain circuit.

In 2009, the MotoCzysz E1pc electric motorbike made quite an impression at the first TT Zero race and gained acceptance as having the same degree of integration as a traditional racing motorcycle. The MotoCzysz team's Isle of Man performance in 2009 is documented in a documentary. The documentary is titled ‘Charge’ and was done by director Mark Neale; the film is scheduled to be shown in cinemas in the summer of 2010.
Michael Czysz is the founder of MotoCzysz, a clean emission motorcycle team that is known for creating a bike that truly has a clean sheet, the C1990 racing bike. The team was going to compete with their conventional racing motorcycle in the Moto GP championship race, but a change of rules made the bike ineligible for the race.
The 2010 electric bike from the team is thought to have received major improvements from their 2009 version. MotoCzysz is believed to be one of the strongest contenders for the £10,000 in winnings that is to be given to the first team to have a 100 mph average lap on the 37.25-mile course by an electric bike. The prize money will be awarded by the Isle of Man government.

Riding tips from Joe
When planning for a bike ride it is important to make sure that your bike is ready to ride. My name is Joe, I enjoy riding my motorcycle and I learned this lesson the hard way. Today’s biker tip is simple, but yet can save you a lot aggravation if you will take my advice. Today’s tip is this; make sure that your battery has a good charge.
Motorcycle insurance from The Bike Insurer
Here is a real life example of what can happen if your battery on your bike is not charged properly.
Upon coming in from my daily swim the other day, I asked my wife Jen if she would like to go for a ride on the bike after the dew dries off the streets. She said yes, that she would like to go for a ride; it would be the first time that she had been out on the bike with me. I had bought the bike back in November, and told her that when I felt confident enough that we would take a ride together.
So, I took my bike out of the garage and got ready to leave at about 11:45 after we enjoyed an early lunch. It took us around 30 minutes or so to get ready, since I have a disability, and Jen had never used her brand new motorcycle outfit, helmet, boots, air vest, and accessories. After getting all suited up, we proceeded to take our bike ride off into the sunset only to realize that the battery was flat. What a big let down, my wife’s first time on the bike with me and the bike would not crank.
We went back into the house and disrobed (another 30 minute process), then had a cup of tea and a laugh. Jen had some instructions for me, which is our tip for today, she told me, before I start to get ready for a ride I want to hear the bike crank.
That is it for today, I’m Joe Upton, before planning a bike ride, make sure the battery is charged enough to start your bike, it could save you some disappointment.
