Alastair Seeley and Michael Laverty Prepared for High Speed Action at Snetterton

Sunday, July 18 2010

Relentless by TAS Suzuki riders Michael Laverty and Alastair Seeley are looking forward to the racing action that is coming up this weekend at Snetterton in Norfolk; as the Relentless riders will be participating in a British Superbike triple header. Going into Saturday’s race, both of the racers have already a place on the front row secured, as this race takes in the rained out race fixture at the Knockhill British Superbike race, the race that was postponed because of bad weather conditions and the amount of red flags.

At the present time, Michael Laverty is in fourth place in the British Superbike overall standings, however, following a successful test at Kirkistown in Northern Ireland, Laverty is confident of progressing as he races on his Suzuki GSX-R1000 Superbike. Laverty when commenting on the upcoming race said that the track had been good for him in the past as he had walked away with wins from there in the Supersport class and had took podiums there in the British Superbike Championships.

Alastair Seeley had also raced well at Knockhill, as he came away with a fifth place finish, which will place Seeley only seven points away from a top six Showdown position, with 30th of August being the final cut-off at the Cadwell Park circuit.
