Anti speed camera campaigner dies
Paul Smith, the anti speed camera campaigner and founder of Safe Speed has passed away at his home in Scotland.
Smith, 52, from Fife has spent many years exposing the downsides and failures of speed cameras and his work had made him a leading authority who was often referred to in the press.
