Road Angel’s renowned motorcycle tracking system, Bike Trac, has helped police recover a rare Ducati 1198SPunder- less than three hours after it was stolen.
When the Bike Trac system informed South West London Police at 2.07AM on Saturday morning, they were able to act fast. As Bike Trac pin-points the exact location of the stolen bike, the Police were able to track down the Ducati before dawn that very same morning.
Bike Trac’s Bill Taylor: “Naturally we’re delighted that our system has proven itself yet again and so quickly. Of course it’s only as good as the authorities or individuals that are using it, but on this occasion and as proven last week, if the data is used, a bike can be recovered extremely quickly. A big thank you must go to the Metropolitan Police Stolen Motorcycle Unit once again, who work with us closely and do a sterling job.”
