Dan Cooper will be teaming up once again with Centurion Racing for the 2013 Isle of Man TT. The rider is no stranger to success; he managed to come away with four bronze replicas on his TT debut in 2011, followed by three bronze and a silver in 2012. That same year, he managed to take the runner up spot in the Privateer’s Championship and the Joe Craig Trophy.
This year, the team will take on all six main solo races with a Honda Fireblade for the Superbike and Senior races. They will also field a production version of the bike for Superstock TT, and will contest both Supersport races on a 675cc Triumph Their final effort will be aboard a 650cc Kawasaki in the Lightweight class. Paul Rees, the Team Principal said;
‘Dan has always impressed me ever since he first joined Centurion for the British Supersport series. This year at the TT will only be the third year for Dan and the team and we’re aiming to improve on the results from last year where he succeeded in getting his first silver replica trophy…For 2013, we have all the team attire, bikes and the race truck with Help for Heroes logos, so we’re very proud to fly the flag at the Isle of Man TT again this year.’
