It proved to be a challenging time for the HM Plt Honda at Croft over the weekend. In the tenth round of the British Superbike Championship held ay Croft. Both HM Plant Honda riders had their work cut out for them after Saturday’s tough qualifying session.

In the first race of the day, Josh Brookes of HM Plt Honda rode hard as he fought to overcome some difficulties that he had encountered during practice and qualifying over settings; in this race, Brookes had to settle for a sixth place finish. Meanwhile, Brookes team mate, Ryuichi Kiyonari got off to a bad start in the first race and came up from 22 places back to finish on the fringe of the top ten with an eleventh place finish.
In the second race of the day things were a little brighter for HM Plt. Honda as Brookes and Kiyo each were engaged in fierce battle throughout the race but each were able to come away with top ten finishes, Brookes with an eighth and Kiyo with a fourth.
In other HM Plant Honda news, Steve Platter had the best outing he has had since coming back from an injury. In the Metzler National Super stock 1000 Championship, Platter was able to secure a seventh place finish for the HM Plant Honda team.
