Moto2 GP Scheduled for Debut at Isle of Man Races
n an important piece of news from the Isle of Man TT races, it has been announced that one of the new Moto2 GP bikes will be making its debut at the 2010 TT races. The 250cc motorcycles will be replaced by 600cc motorcycles at the GP level, the 2010 Isle of Man TT races will be the premier event for the new Moto2 machines.

FTR, a British based chassis producer will be providing the Honda-engine bike that is similar to a bike that is being rode in the Grand Prix by motorcyclists that include the former 125cc World Champ, Gabor Talmacsi, and Alex Gebon and Andrea Iannone who have won the GP. British motorcyclist Graeme Gowland has enjoyed success as well racing on the bike in 2009.
Olie Linsdel, of Bedfordshire will be mounting the special Moto2 GP motorcycle, which should go as fast as the Supersport bikes. Olie will be walking the path his father walked by riding this cutting-edge bike on the Isle of Man mountain course. The last rider to ride a GP motorcycle in a Senior TT was Steve Linsdell who was on a 500cc Paton back in 2007.
Linsdell, who is 22 years old, had an unfortunate accident during a Wednesday evening practice ride and broke his leg last year, but now is in good health and is excited about being able to participate in the race.
