Yesterday saw the unveiling of the 2013 MotoGP Repsol Honda RC213V livery at the team’s headquarters in Madrid. Both Dani Pedrosa and Marc Marquez were present for the international media launch, wearing their new team uniforms, and both said they are eager to get the season underway.
This year sees 19 years of Honda’s partnership with Repsol, and the new riders will be having their first outing of the year when they head to Malaysia on the 5th-7th February. Speaking at the launch, Dani said he was pleased the team will be riding with a brand new livery;
‘This year’s bike has a fresh look to it, which can give us a boost at the races. I hope the fans like it too. I’m starting this preseason really keen…I can’t wait to get to Malaysia and have a few days to put the bike through its paces, enjoy myself, and see which parts we are going to use for the opening race.’
