Shane ‘Shakey’ Byrne and his family were very lucky to escape unscathed from a 70mph car crash in their Mercedes Benz Vito. However, Shakey’s misfortunes didn’t stop there as later the very same day he was knocked down by a car when getting out of his van! Luckily for Shakey, a suspected broken ankle turned out to be fine.
It seems there was just one more blow to be dealt as Shane later Tweeted that he’d lost his house keys in the car crash and had been charged a whopping 275 Euros by a locksmith just to get back inside his own front door- after the day he’d had!
