Star of the Isle of Man TT, Conor Cummins, is reportedly on the verge of signing for the 2012 Tyco Suzuki team.
The Tyco Suzuki team has already signed Alastair Seeley and Josh Brookes to contest the British Superbike challenge this year, but is yet to announce details of riders for the North West 200 and Isle of Man TT.
In 2011, Guy Martin was the team’s sole road rider, but no new deal has been penned with Martin for 2012 as yet.
Cummins made his racing comeback last season following a nasty crash back in 2010, in which he sustained some bad injuries. Throughout the year, he continued to recover from his rather serious injuries, re-building his strength and getting his career back on track.
Having been a part of McAdoo Kawasaki Racing for the past three seasons, Cummins appears keen to take on new challenges and has been strongly linked to the Tyco Suzuki team. It’s just a matter of time before changes and signings are confirmed- what will 2012 bring for Cummins?
