In 2012, The World Superbike Championship will turn 25 and celebrations of a whole quarter century of WSBK begin. The Phillip Island circuit will be the place to be from February 24th-26th as the 2012 Championship kicks off.
There are some fantastic team line-ups for 2012, with hardened veterans and fresh faces making for what is sure to be an exhilarating series. Checa also returns with the Althea Ducati team, in the hopes of defending his title
Prior to the opening round of the championship at Phillip Island, the final pre-season test will be held at the Bass Straight circuit from February 20th-21st.
