Why choose the Honda SH 300?

Honda’s SH 300 is a top-end scooter that packs plenty of punch into its compact proportions.

In terms of style, it’s fairly typical for a twist and go, but in terms of equipment, the SH 300 comes well kitted out, setting it apart from its competitiors.

But if you’re in the market for a new scooter, it’s probably because you’re looking to minimise your spends on the road, something this economical two-wheeler will do – even if it is a bit more expensive than other scooters available in the UK.

Probably the best commuting scooter around. Comfortable riding position, excellent handling on the road and through traffic and good all round vision due to the larger wheels and higher saddle height compared to the average scooter. Performance is very good with good fuel economy, fast acceleration, a top speed of over 80 mph and will cruise effortlessly at motorway speeds. I have fitted mine with a Givi screen which makes longer journeys very comfortable. Obviously it is not a long distance touring machine but is ideal for longer commutes of 50 to 60 miles. Scooter is supplied with its own colour coded top box which will easily take a crash helmet. I have been very happy with my machine.

My last scooter was a Honda @125 which I liked but when I swapped it for a SH300 = dream come true. Really nice scooter. Quiet running and packs a punch. Excellent scooter, good performance, good for 80mph plus ., not particularly economical, but the performance makes up for this. .not much storage under the seat, but have fitted a large top box to the rear carrier which is fitted as standard. Would not part with this scooter for anything else available..
