Why choose the Triumph Sprint ST?

The Triumph Sprint ST is one of the best sports-tourers around and combines sports bike looks with touring comfort.

It’s a big old bike but that’s not to the detriment of performance, with the Sprint ST a powerful bike and, thanks to its sporty design, it handles brilliantly too.

You’ll do well to find a better sports-tourer than Triumph’s Sprint ST, as you can see from the generally satisfied owner reviews here.

visiting various triumph forums pointed out that triumph had gone for top speed (who needs 150 mph when it take hours to get there) and mpg / emissions control. changed front sprocket to 17 , rear to 45 and new chain. now that simple mod transformed this slug into a decent SPORT tourer.
love the sprint now, evening summer rides, ingleton, hawes, sedburgh to kirkby lonsdale, can make visiting the iom pointless.

Motorways or side roads good road holding and plenty of power if required. For anybody touring I would highly recommend a Sprint ST.
