Suzuki’s UK café tour revealed

Suzuki Hayabusa
Suzuki has given UK riders another excuse to get on their bikes and into their favourite cafes after it announced a new UK tour.

The Japanese manufacturer is taking a fleet of its test motorcycles to cafes up and down the country so riders can sample the likes of the GSX-R1000 and the new SV650.

It’s a continuation of the biker café days that happened in 2014 and 2015 with eight cafes lined up to play host this time round.

Rob Cooper, Suzuki GB Marketing Manager, said: “While many still head to dealerships to take test rides, our café days mean we’re also taking bikes to people who maybe haven’t considered one yet.

“But by putting the bikes in front of them at their favourite biker café and having people from our team on hand to talk about them, we’re making it even easier for them to try one.”

Your favourite biker cafes

Suzuki asked followers on social media to name their favourite biker cafs when they’re out riding and the leading eight were picked.

The tour kicks off next weekend on 7 and 8 May at Loomies Café in West Meon before moving through England and Wales.

The latest Suzukis

The latest Suzuki bikes will make the trip with the GSX-S1000 and GSX-S1000F joining the SV650, but it won’t all be brand new models.

The Burgman 650 Executive, the GSR750, V-Strom 650XT and 1000, as well as the Hayabusa, Bandit 1250S and a GSX-R1000 and R750 will also be on hand.
