Ride to the Wall 2017
Almost 20,000 people took part in the 10th annual Ride to the Wall event over the weekend to pay their respects to the UK’s armed forces.
Ride to the Wall starts from 11 separate points across the UK and culminates at the National Memorial Arboretum near Lichfield in Staffordshire with a memorial service.
This year, more than 7,000 bikers took part in the ride before a further 13,000 enthusiasts participated in the remembrance service at the Armed Forces Memorial, which pays tribute to the 16,000 servicemen and women killed since World War Two.
The charity event has so far raised more than £600,000 in its 10 year history.
