VIDEO: Chilly Willy Ride Out 2018
Two hundred and eighty bikers from Northampton Bikers Club came out for the annual Chilly Willy Ride Out in aid of Warwickshire & Northamptonshire Air Ambulance (WNAA) – 90 more riders than the previous year.
A total of £1,063 was raised in 2017 so this year’s total of £2,873 was both a happy surprise and a great achievement for everyone involved.
The 42 mile route started and ended at All Seasons Cafe at Billing Garden Centre on Sunday, January 7 and took riders an hour and 15 minutes to complete.
The hugely popular ride out has already been organised for next year and will take place on Sunday, January 6 2019. All bikes and scooters over 125cc are welcome to take part and spectators and donations are encouraged in a bid to top this year’s total. The ride out will, as always, start and end at the All Seasons Cafe.
The atmosphere is friendly and humorous.

I can recommend this to anyone that wants to experience a group ride for the first time, they don’t come more relaxed or better organised than this one.
