VIDEO: Conrads Ride 2018

The Bike Insurer spent Saturday in Warwickshire, attending Conrad’s Ride 2018.

Conrad’s Ride is an event organised by 353, the charity set up by the parents of Private Conrad Lewis, the 353rd British solder to die in Afghanistan.

353 aims to help members of the military community by offering guidance and support to the families of those who have lost their lives, as well as to help servicemen and women injured in battle.

Meeting in the grounds of Ragley Hall, those taking part in the ride out left at 11am, revving their engines in respect as they passed Conrad’s place of rest on their way to Warwick Castle.

After resting at the castle, attendees continued on the Old Leamingtonians rugby club where there was a charity auction and tributes to fallen soldiers read out.
