VIDEO: Famous corners and sections from the Isle of Man TT

Is there a more iconic motorcycle race than the Isle of Man TT? We don’t think so.

It’s steeped in history, requires incredible bravery and has some of the most famous corners in motorsport.

So naturally, The Bike Insurer decided to head over to the Manx isle with a Honda C90 and see exactly what all the fuss is about.

This video shows some of the most famous sections of the iconic old course, including the likes of Ballacrye, Creg Ny Baa and Ballaugh Bridge.

Then there’s the brilliant right hander at Gooseneck and the rapid Sulby Straight, along with the well known Mountain Mile.

Obviously, tackling the Snaefell Mountain Course on a 1989 Honda C90 gives you a slightly different (often prolonged) view of the TT than you’re likely to get from anyone on a superbike.

That’s why we’ve sped up some sections to try and mimic the speeds the likes of John McGuinness, Ian Hutchinson and Michael Dunlop, even if we in no way echo their racing lines!
