VIDEO: How to become a motorcycle riding instructor

If you’ve ever been for a ride out in a big group, there are always a couple of riders who will happily impart their experience and riding wisdom on to others.

Sharing knowledge is a great thing and we’d advise any new rider to try and absorb as much information about riding as possible.

That way, you don’t just have to learn from your own mistakes, you can learn from other peoples’ as well.

If you’re one of those riders who likes to help other riders and offer up top tips you’ve gathered from your time on the road, have you ever thought about becoming an instructor?

We spoke to Richard Woolgar from ART Rider Training about his journey from young pillion on the back of his Dad’s bike to fully fledged rider trainer.

You can hear more from Richard Woolgar when he offered up some insight into Advanced Rider training in the UK.
