Fancy adventure riding in Spain? Then this is the competition for you!
We’re hosting a competition to win a 3-night getaway where you will visit the Adventure Rider Centre situated within minutes of Mijas Pueblo in Malaga, Spain. The prize will be awarded to two lucky winners and their (optional) chosen plus ones. The trip will be from Thursday 28th – Sunday 31st May 2020.
The competition will be split into two rounds;
Round 1: A random social media prize draw to select 15 finalists from people who commented and liked the relevant social post(s).
Round 2: Judgement of introductory video entries submitted to The Bike Insurer.
The round 1 prize draw to become a finalist will run until 11:59pm on Sunday, 5th April 2020. The Bike Insurer will then select 15 finalists at random on Monday 6th April 2020. These finalists will be contacted and will have until 11:59pm Monday 13th April 2020 to submit a short video clip introducing themselves to The Bike Insurer and explaining why they would love to win the trip. If you fancy your chances of becoming a finalist and joining us on the trip, all you need to do is like and comment/reply to the post(s) on either our Facebook page, Instagram profile or our Twitter profile.
Or, if you fancy increasing your chances of becoming a finalist, you can respond on all three social media networks! The finalists will be drawn at random on Monday 6th April 2020.

A trip with The Bike Insurer to Adventure Rider Centre in Malaga, Spain, which includes 2 days’ riding and 3 nights’ accommodation at the 4* TRH Mijas Hotel, plus the following;
– An optional plus one who must also be able to take part in the activities and have a valid passport and motorcycle licence as described within the T&Cs below
– Return flights between the UK & Spain
– Airport transfers (Spanish side only)
– Breakfast and lunch on riding days
– Daily transfers to/from the hotel to Adventure Rider Centre
– Equipment hire and bike rental
– Trail guide

Terms and Conditions
This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 17 years and over. Proof of identity and age will be required before the prize is awarded.
All entrants and their chosen plus one must be eligible to take part within the riding event and hold a full UK Category A motorcycle licence.
The entrant and their chosen plus one must also each hold a valid Passport with the required entry requirements to enter Spain and travel between the 28th and 31st May, 2020. If unsure of the entry requirements, please check the gov.uk website.
All entrants must be available to travel and attend the event on 28th – 31st May 2020. In the event a winner is unable to attend the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Employees or agents of the promoter or their immediate families, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion, are not permitted to enter the prize draw.
Entry to become a finalist will be from liking and commenting on, or replying to the relevant social media post(s) and by no other means.
No purchase is necessary to take part in the promotion. Participants who have used our services or purchased insurance through The Bike Insurer or social media ‘followers’ will not be favoured within the competition.
Multiple entries from the same individual are permitted. However, only one entry may be submitted per-social media channel. If an individual is found to be completing multiple entries on the same social media channel through multiple or fake accounts, that individual will become ineligible for the entire competition.
All entries for Round 1 must be received before 11:59pm BST on Sunday 5th April 2020. Entries submitted after this closing time and date will not be included.
Finalists must send their submission videos before 11:59pm BST on Monday 13th April 2020. Entries submitted after this closing time and date will not be included. Details of how to submit video entries will be provided to the chosen finalists.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The prize will be as described in the promotional material and is non-transferable.
There is no cash or other prize alternative. In the event of cancellation for whatever reason, there will be no refund of the prize value. All winners will need to organise their own transport to and from the UK airport. All participants in the prize will need to organise their own riding and travel insurance that will cover them for the duration of the trip.
The prize does not include evening meals or drinks.
Entry into the competition is deemed to be a full and unconditional acceptance by the entrant of the terms and conditions of this prize draw. A failure to adhere to these terms and conditions may result in disqualification from the prize draw and, if applicable, forfeiture of the prize. The promoter reserves the right to alert Facebook and Twitter to any such behaviour, which may result in the person’s account being frozen pending investigation.
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram and the promoters release Facebook, Twitter and Instagram of any and all liability in relation to this promotion. Entrants are providing their information to the promoter and not to Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
Finalists will be drawn at random using a computer-generated method from those entrants who have correctly submitted their entry. The results to become a finalist are based on the law of chance. The Bike Insurer will attempt to contact the finalists within 24 hours of the draw taking place through the Facebook, Twitter or Instagram account used by the participant to enter the prize draw.
The judgement of finalists within the second round will take place on Tuesday 14th April 2020. The Bike Insurer will attempt to contact the winners within 24 hours of the judgement taking place through the medium used to submit their video entry (either email or social media platform).
The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this competition, or the terms and conditions, without notice and at their absolute discretion, in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control. Any changes to the prize draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible. Such withdrawal or amendment shall take effect upon its being published on the relevant social media channels including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram along with informing the relevant participant directly in the case of withdrawal.
The promoter and its agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced or loss or damage incurred in submitting an entry for this competition.
Decisions of the promoter and its agents regarding this competition or the terms and conditions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The promoter reserves the right to draw an alternative winner in the event that the promoter or its agents believe that any drawn entrant has contravened any of these terms and conditions.
The promoter reserves the right to draw an alternative winner in the event that no reply is received from a winner within a 24-hour period of communicating the result.
The promoter or its agents are not liable for any loss, damage or injury that might occur to the winner resulting from their acceptance of the promotion or participation in the prize. All winners and their (optional) plus ones will be required to provide proof of their insurance before participating in the prize.
Only one entry per-person, per social media channel will be accepted. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computers will be accepted.
The promoter reserves the right to seek and issue publicity on behalf of the entrants. By entering the promotion, the entrants agree to participate in publicity such as social posts after the event on the promotors social media channels as reasonably requested surrounding the promotion.
